The Committee is comprised of DFAF members, City Staff from all three cities and Arts Commissioners and art representatives from Pleasanton and Livermore. Heritage & Cultural Arts Commissioner Georgean Vonheeder-Leopold also sits on the Committee as a DFAF Board Member. In order to provide equal representation by the Arts Commissions from all three cities, Staff requests that the Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission either appoint Georgean Vonheeder-Leopold as the Representative for the Art Takes Place Committee,-and also assign an Alternate, or assign a separate Representative and Alternate. As per the Bylaws and Rules of Procedure for the Commission, the Chairperson "appoints committees and chairpersons of committees as necessary".
