FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. RECOMMENDATION: Receive the Report. . DESCRIPTION: The Human Services Commission has expressed interest in learning more from community organizations that provide human services-related programs and services for Dublin residents. Eden Council for Hope and Opportunity (ECHO) is a non-profit organization that provides Fair Housing and Tenant/Landlord services. ECHO's administrative office is located in Hayward, along with service centers located in Antioch,Livermore, and Oakland. Dublin provides funding to the program from a percentage of Dublin's allocation of Community Development Block Grant funding.
