COMMENTS:
Club Groove raised 35.00 dollars through sales at the snack bar and an additional $311.00 through general
admission.Planning and preparation for the event began in June.Promotions at Day at the Quad,Dublin High
School and Valley High School were successful. However, announcements during morning bulletin and
advertisement on the screen savers did not occur because we did not provide the information to the school
newspaper, student activities office and district office in a timely manner. In Addition, majority of the football
players did not attend.I believe that a following dance would be successful if the planning committee allows
two weeks to advertise at various schools. The majority of teens arrived between 8:00 p.m.and students left
between 11:00 p.m.to 11:30 p.m.
