FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: Following is a summary of the attendance and key programs and
services offered at the Dublin Senior Center during spring 2004(March-May 2004).
Popular programs at the Senior Center include the Shamrock Café, Food Distribution, Art and Quilting
Classes, Line Dance, and Aerobics. The attendance at the special luncheons:and Dinner Dances at the
Senior Center have particularly increased. The Trips and Tours Program continues to maintain its
popularity with all trips filling to capacity. A detailed attendance report is attached. The following is a
summary of attendance during spring 2004.

The St. Patrick Luncheon drew a crowd of over 80 people who enjoyed the sounds of Celtic musicians
and singers,Margaret &Kristoph. The day trips included a visit to the Fallon Theatre, Stanford Museum
to view the Rodin Sculptures, and to Berkeley to enjoy the sounds of the Berkeley Singers. The Dinner
Dance drew a group of 66 dancers who enjoyed the dancing tunes of Manny Gutierrez and his Quartet.
The Spring Luncheon featured the sounds of the Dublin High School Encore Choir that sang classic songs
to a crowd of over 58 seniors. The trip offerings included a trip along the coast to Ano Nuevo, Nob Hill
and the Napa Wine Train.
The Wells Middle School Choir entertained a crowd of 64 seniors at the May Luncheon. The audience
was impressed the young choral group and even participated in sing-a-longs led by Wells Choir Director,
Eric Bertelson. Trips this month included an excursion to Elkhorn Slough and the Calaveras Gold
Country. Manny Gutierrez and his Quartet draws a crowd of 60 dancers to the May Dinner Dance.
