This will assist Staff in the planning of future events and facility dedications. Following are the areas of the event that the Advisory Committee will be asked to evaluate during the meeting. A. Ribbon Cutting & Open House 1. Event Time 2. The Walk 3. The Giveaways 4. The Ribbon Cutting 5. The Open House 6. The Art Exhibit 7. The Health and Information Fair 8. The theme will be"A Celebration of Ages—Connecting the Mind,Body and Spirit" 9. The refreshments 10. The Entertainment 11. The Master of Ceremonies 12. The Wicklow Square Tour 13.
