They are a credit to the organization."Jay Shore, Pleasanton • April2009 I first noticed the lovely table decorations. The food was outstanding! The entertainment was nice too! The company is the best and the staff is wonderful. Volunteers too! Thank you! Barbara Moffatt,Dublin • May 2009 "I recently had the pleasure of joining a friend for lunch at the Dublin Senior Center. It was the week of Mother's Day and they had prepared a lovely meal of risotto, asparagus, and Cornish game hens. The portions were just right, leaving room for dessert of birthday cake and a peach crepe. They had live music, a free raffle and an all around pleasurable atmosphere. Several people I spoke with said this was their first time attending a lunch there and certainly planned to return. As I teach the diabetes education class at the Senior Center I have the opportunity to peek into other lunches and always see smiling faces, good food, and people enjoying themselves. More seniors really should make it a part of their day to have lunch, socialize and see what else is offered at our local Senior Center." Marisa Castaldini, Instructor In March, the seniors enjoyed visits to Sacramento, Sutter Creek, and Wicked. An additional 17 tickets were sold to those who provided their own transportation to the show.
