FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None DESCRIPTION: The Senior Center Staff is planning activities for Saturday mornings starting in September 2009. IN THE BALLROOM LINE DANCE &BALLROOM CLASS Saturdays, 10:00 AM-12:00 PM Line dance and Ballroom dance will be offered by instructor Rosa Chan Designed for Singles,Partners welcome. No class on Nov. 14, 28 &Dec. 12, 26. $3.00 Drop—In fee Instructor Rosa Chan IN THE LOUNGE Social games, such as bridge, scrabble, and chess open to all. Free coffee available. IN ROOM A TALK&WALK 1st Saturday, September 5 9:00-11:OOam Talk by Rich Guarienti at the Dublin Senior Center,then rideshare to Martin Canyon Talks may include information on Dublin and other parks and trails,tips for walkers on etiquette and safety,identifying local plants and wildlife, and much more. The Chairperson and Vice Chairperson are elected by the majority of the Advisory Committee for a 1-year term and hold office until their successors are elected, or until their terms as members of the Advisory Committee expire. The officers are elected at the first meeting of the Advisory Committee in member January of each year. Elections,whether regular or to fill vacancies shall be held only if a majority of the Advisory Committee members are present. The secretary to the Advisory Committee will be the City Manager or his or her designate.
