Foss, City Manager SUBJECT: Notice of Pending Decision on Final Map for Tract 8309 Prepared by: Erwin Ching, Associate Civil Engineer EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The City Council will receive a notification of the City Engineer’s pending approval of the Final Map for Tract 8309 located within the Boulevard development on Camp Parks, within the Dublin Crossing Specific Plan Area. The City Engineer shall approve the Final Map within ten (10) days following this notification. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the notification. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
