Foss, City Manager SUBJECT: Tract 8293 Grafton Plaza - Final Map Notice Prepared by: Laurie Sucgang, Senior Civil Engineer EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The City Council will receive a notification of the City Engineer’s pending approval of the Final Map for Tract 8293, Grafton Plaza. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the notification. FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no impact on the General Fund. DESCRIPTION: The Tract 8293 subdivision, Grafton Plaza, is located on Dublin Boulevard, just east of Grafton Street. The developer has prepared a final map for condominium purposes, which includes four parcels.
