EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City Council will receive a notification of the City Engineer’s pending approval of the
Final Map for Tract 8293, Grafton Plaza.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Receive the notification.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no impact on the General Fund.
DESCRIPTION:
The Tract 8293 subdivision, Grafton Plaza, is located on Dublin Boulevard, just east of
Grafton Street. The developer has prepared a final map for condominium purposes,
which includes four parcels. In accordance with Chapter 9.24.080 of the City of Dublin
Municipal Code, this is notice of the following:

ENTITLED: 'TRACT 8293 ", CONSISTING OF SIX (6) SHEETS, THIS STATEMENT BEING UPON SHEET ONE (1) THEREOF; AND
THAT THEY CONSENT TO THE PREPARATION AND FILING OF THIS MAP.
THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW IS DEDICATED TO THE CITY OF DUBLIN AS EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC
PURPOSES:
THE AREAS OR STRIPS OF LAND DESIGNATED AS PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT (RUE), AS SHOWN UPON SAID MAP,
