A closed session was held at 5:30 p.m., regarding:

Mayor Haubert called for a moment of silence in honor of the tragic events that took

Services
The City Council presented Spectrum Community Services with a Certificate of
Recognition.

Elizabeth Cobb, Vice President of Development for Shea Properties, provided
public comment.

Commission to review the Master Plan.
