Mayor Haubert called for a moment of silence in honor of the tragic events that took
place in Charlottesville, Virginia.

and the City Council agreed to reconvene to Closed Session after the end of the
Regular meeting.

3.1. Community Spotlight: Certificate of Recognition for Spectrum Community
Services
The City Council presented Spectrum Community Services with a Certificate of
Recognition.
3.2. Public Comment
Shawn Costello, Dublin resident, provided public comment.
Elizabeth Cobb, Vice President of Development for Shea Properties, provided
public comment.
4. Consent Calendar
Item 4.2 was pulled by Cm. Goel for further discussion.

Introduction of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 9.28 (Dedication of Lands
for Park and Recreation Purposes) of the Dublin Municipal Code

this item.

The City Council directed Staff to engage with the Heritage & Cultural Arts
Commission to review the Master Plan.

By consensus, the City Council directed Staff to look at costs for landscaping on San
Ramon Valley Boulevard, from south of Silvergate Drive to Dublin Boulevard.
