Foss, City Manager SUBJECT: Tract 8375 Boulevard, Huntington Neighborhood 4B – Final Map Notice Prepared by: Laurie Sucgang, Senior Civil Engineer EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The City Council will receive a notification of the City Engineer’s pending approval of the Final Map for Tract 8375, Boulevard, Huntington Neighborhood 4B. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the notification. FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no impact on the General Fund. DESCRIPTION: The Tract 8375 subdivision, Boulevard (formerly Dublin Crossing), Huntington Neighborhood 4B, is located north of Dublin Boulevard and west of Arnold Road. The developer has prepared a final map for the subdivision, which includes 24 lots for single family homes and seven parcels for open space purposes and private streets.
