The meeting was called to order at 7:48 p.m. by Board President Haubert
PRESENT: District Boardmembers Biddle, Goel, Gupta, Hernandez, and Board
President Haubert

There were no public comments made.
3. Consent Calendar
On motion of Bm. Gupta, seconded by Bm. Biddle, and by unanimous vote, the Board
took the following actions:
3.1. Approved the minutes of the Joint Geologic Hazard Abatement District (GHAD)
Meeting of October 17, 2017 in Relation to Schaefer Ranch Geologic Hazard
Abatement District GHAD
3.2. Adopted
SCHAEFER RANCH GHAD RESOLUTION NO. 03 – 17
APPROVING A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT WITH SCHAEFER RANCH
HOLDINGS LLC FOR PROPERTY ON RIDGELINE PLACE
SCHAFER RANCH RESOLUTION NO. 04 – 17
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR LONG TERM ENCROACHMENT OF
LANDSCAPE FEATURES
