The City Council directed Staff to bring back a resolution denying the Ashton at
Dublin Station (Transit Center Site A-3) Planned Development Rezone project.

Cm. Goel recused himself to avoid a common law conflict of interest.

The City Council waived the reading and introduced and Ordinance Amending
Chapter 7.04 of the Dublin Municipal Code Relating to Development and
Encroachment Permits for Wireless Communications Facilities, and an
Ordinance Amending Chapter 8.92, 8.36, and 8.104 of the Dublin Municipal
Code Relating to Development of Wireless Communications Facilities.

8. New Business
8.1. Fallon 55 General Plan Amendment Study Initiation Request (PLPA-2017-
00062)
Item 8.1 was removed at the request of the Applicant.
8.2. Discussion of Term Limits
Stephen Wright, Dublin resident, provided public comment.
By consensus, the City Council directed Staff to bring back three proposals for a
term limits ballot measure, which would include 12 years of service combined
measure; 8 year as councilmember and 8 years as mayor measure; and increase
of mayoral terms to 4-year terms measure.
8.3. Designate Two Councilmembers to Dublin Pride Week Committee
By consensus, the City Council named Mayor Haubert and Cm. Hernandez as its
members to the 2018 Dublin Pride Week Committee.
8.4. Selection of Vice Mayor
Jean Josey, Dublin resident, provided public comment.
The City Council selected Vm. Biddle to remain as Vice Mayor for the year 2018.
