Remembrance of Vice Mayor Don Biddle

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City Council and the general public will have an opportunity to share thoughts and
remembrances of Vice Mayor Don Biddle, who passed away on February 21, 2018
following a brief, but brave battle with pancreatic cancer.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Receive and share comments.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
None.
DESCRIPTION:
On February 21, 2018, Vice Mayor Biddle passed away from a brief, but brave battle
with pancreatic cancer. Services were held on March 1, 2018, bringing together his
family, friends, colleagues and members of the public to share their thoughts and
remembrances of Don.
For those that couldn't attend that event and to ensure that the City Council is afforded
another opportunity to discuss Don, Staff has prepared this item to allow for th at
additional dialogue.
