PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Title: City Manager 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance – The meeting was called to order at 7:11 p.m. by Mayor Haubert. The pledge of allegiance was recited by the City Council, Staff, and those present at the meeting. Approved the minutes of the February 3, 2018 Special City Council meeting; and the February 6, 2018 Special and Regular City Council meetings. 4.2. Adopted RESOLUTION NO. 15 – 18 APPROVING A NEW CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT – IRON HORSE TRAIL BRIDGE AT DUBLIN BOULEVARD AND APPROVING A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MARK THOMAS & COMPANY, INC. RESOLUTION NO. 16 – 18 APPROVING A PROJECT FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE ALAMEDA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION 4.3. The City Council received the City Treasurer’s Informational Report. 4.4. The City Council received the Payment Issuance Report. 4.5. The City Council received the financial report through the second quarter for Fiscal Year 2017-18 and approved the budget change. 4.6. Ashton at Dublin Station (Transit Center Site A-3) Planned Development Zoning Stage 2 Development Plan, Site Development Review Permit, and Tentative Map 8437 (PLPA 2017-00036) The City Council moved Item 7.1 to the March 6, 2018 Regular City Council meeting. By consensus, the City Council directed Staff to seek information regarding a public speaker management system for City Council meetings. By consensus, the City Council directed Staff to seek a community conversation regarding public safety. DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 4 REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 20, 2018 The City Council held a moment of silence for the victims of the recent shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. 8:02 p.m. The City Council convened to Closed Session. 8:18 p.m. Report on Closed Session The Mayor stated there was no reportable action out of Closed Session. 10.
