EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City Council will receive a notification of the City Engineer’s pending approval of the
Final Map for Tract 8361, Boulevard development, located just north of Dublin
Boulevard between Scarlett Drive and Arnold Road.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Receive the notification.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no impact on the General Fund.

TRACT BOUNDARY LINE OF THIS FINAL MAP ENTITLED "TRACT 8361, DOWNING AT BOULEVARD, CITY OF DUBLIN, ALAMEDA COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA ", CONSISTING OF THREE (3) SHEETS, THIS STATEMENT BEING UPON SHEET ONE (1) THEREOF; THAT THEY CONSENT
TO THE PREPARATION AND FILING OF SAID MAP; THAT SAID MAP PARTICULARLY SETS FORTH AND DESCRIBES ALL THE LOTS
INTENDED FOR SALE BY THEIR NUMBER AND PRECISE WIDTH AND LENGTH; AND THAT SAID MAP PARTICULARLY SETS FORTH AND

THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW IS DEDICATED TO THE CITY OF DUBLIN FOREVER EASEMENTS FOR THE "PURPOSES OF

BRACES, CONNECTIONS, FASTENINGS, APPLIANCES, AND FIXTURES FOR USE IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. ALL PUBLIC SERVICE
EASEMENTS SHALL BE KEPT OPEN AND FREE FROM BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES OF ANY KIND, WITH THE SOLE EXCEPTION OF
PUBLIC SERVICE FACILITIES. ALL PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS SHALL BE CONSIDERED PUBLIC "WAYS" AS THAT TERM IS USED IN

THE REAL PROPERTY DESIGNATED AS PARCEL "D" IS RESERVED BY OWNER FOR CONVEYANCE TO ZONE 7 WATER AGENCY BY
SEPARATE INSTRUMENT.
THE REAL PROPERTY DESIGNATED AS "LOT 1" THROUGH "LOT 6" ARE FOR CONDOMINIUMS, LANDSCAPING AND RELATED PURPOSES
