APPROVING A NEW CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT — IRON
HORSE TRAIL BRIDGE AT DUBLIN BOULEVARD AND APPROVING A
CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MARK THOMAS & COMPANY, INC.

APPROVING A PROJECT FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE ALAMEDA COUNTY
