The Dublin Senior Center Staff coordinates several ongoing classes and activities

events are planned and implemented each quarter to offer new opportunities to a
diverse senior population. Since 2005, the Dublin Senior Center’s overall vision has
been “to sustain a warm, welcoming, and accessible recreation facility that fulfills the
social, educational, and creative needs of those 50 years and older, and supports
independent, healthy lifestyles.”
The mission of the City of Dublin Senior Center is “to maintain a first rate community
facility that promotes and supports a high quality of life for those 50 years and older”.
Each class, activity, workshop or special event that is offered fulfills one or more of the
nine established core values. Another purpose of this report is to evaluate the programs
that the Senior Center is currently offering looking at ways to attract the younger senior
while still being able to serve our current market.
