A Special Meeting of the Dublin Human Services Commission was held on Thursday,
March 22, 2018, in the Human Services Commission Council Chamber. The meeting
was called to order at 5:30 PM., by Commission Chair Sogney.

Heather Greaux, Open Heart Kitchen, made a presentation regarding the
organization's Dublin Meals Program.
Jillian Schafer, Spectrum Community Services, made a presentation regarding
the organization's Meals on Wheels for Dublin's Homebound Elderly program.
Abigail Guerdat, Easter Seals Bay Area, made a presentation regarding the
organization's Kaleidoscope program and responded to questions posed by the
Commission.
Ralph Johnson, Tri-Valley Haven, made a presentation regarding the
organization's Domestic Violence Services and Homeless Services programs
and responded to questions posed by the Commission.
Robert Taylor, Senior Support Program of the Tri Valley, made a presentation
regarding the organization's Case Management program.
Marta Ordaz, Deaf Counseling Advocacy and Referral Agency, made a
presentation regarding the organization's Deaf Access Services program and
responded to questions posed by the Commission.
Erin Harper, CALICO Center, made a presentation regarding the organization's
Dublin Child Abuse Intervention program.
Sarah Holtzelaw, Chabot-Las Positas Community College District/Tri Valley One-
Stop Career Center, made a presentation regarding the organization's Back to
Work, Dublin 2018-19 and Dublin VITA Grant 2018-19 programs.
Dan Ashbrook, Legal Assistance for Seniors, made a presentation regarding the
organization's Legal Services, Medicare Counseling and Education for Dublin
Seniors program.
Jennifer Pettley, Hope Hospice, Inc., made a presentation regarding the
organization's Grief Support Center and Hospice Volunteer Program.
Sue Compton, Axis Community Health, made a presentation regarding the
Phase 2 of Capital Project for Dental Services and responded to questions posed
by the Commission and Staff.
Ron Halog, Community Resources for Independent Living, made a presentation
regarding the organization's Independent Living, Housing & Employment
Services for People with Disabilities and Roof Replacement programs.

Gloria Gregory, CityServe of the TriValley, made a presentation regarding the
organization's programs.
Alison DeJung, Eden I&R, Inc., made a presentation regarding the organization's
2-1-1 Alameda County Communication System program and responded to
questions posed by the Commission.
Vanessa Dilks, Child Care Links, made a presentation regarding the
organization's Early Childhood Education Training Program and responded to
questions posed by the Commission.
Kelly O'Lague Dulka, Child Care Links, made a presentation regarding the
organization's Early Literacy Diaper Pantry/Car Seat Program and responded to
questions posed by the Commission.
On motion of Vice Commission Chair Fiedler, seconded by Commission Chair
Songey, and by unanimous vote (Commissioner Rudy being absent), the
