Notice of City Engineer’s Receipt of Tracts 8367 and 8368 Final Maps for
Review and Pending Decision on Tracts 8410 and 8411 Final Maps,
Boulevard Development

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City Council will receive a notification of the City Engineer’s receipt of the Final
Maps for review for Tracts 8367 and 8368, Boulevard, Neighborhoods 14/15 and 17,
and a notification of the City Engineer’s pending approval of the Final Maps for Tracts
8410 and 8411, Boulevard Neighborhoods 11 and 12.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Receive the notification.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no impact on the General Fund.
DESCRIPTION:
The Boulevard development (formerly Dublin Crossing) is located along Dublin
Boulevard, between Scarlett Drive and Arnold Road. The development is being
subdivided into several neighborhoods. The developer has prepared the Tracts 8367
and 8368 Final Maps for neighborhoods 14/15 and 17, respectively, and has submitted
them for review by Staff. The developer has prepared the Tracts 8410 and 8411 Final
Maps for neighborhoods 11 and 12, respectively, and Staff has reviewed them and
recommends that the City Engineer approve the final maps. In accordance with
Chapter 9.24.080 of the City of Dublin Municipal Code, this is notice of the following:

THE UNDERSIGNED DOES HEREBY STATE THAT IT IS THE OWNER OF ALL THE LANDS DELINEATED AND EMBRACED WITHIN THE
BOUNDARY LINES UPON THE HEREIN EMBODIED FINAL MAP ENTITLED: "TRACT 8410, CITY OF DUBLIN, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA”,
CONSISTING OF TWO (2) SHEETS, THIS STATEMENT BEING UPON SHEET ONE (1) THEREOF; THAT IT HAS CAUSED SAID MAP TO BE
PREPARED FOR RECORD AND DOES CONSENT TO THE MAKING AND RECORDATION OF SAID MAP; AND THAT SAID MAP DOES
PARTICULARLY SET FORTH AND DESCRIBE ALL PARCELS BY THEIR NUMBER OR LETTER, BEARINGS AND DISTANCES.
THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW IS DEDICATED TO THE CITY OF DUBLIN AS EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES:

CONSTRUCTING AND MAINTAINING APPLICABLE UTILITY STRUCTURES, AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, UNDER , UPON AND
