A general categorization and mapping of all land in both the entire General
Plan Amendment and Specific Plan study areas is expected, identifying land
which falls into one of the following three categories:
areas that are free ofgeologic conditions requiring engineering
repair measures and will be developable with no further geotchnical
investigation;
areas that are potentially developable with minimal engineering
repair but for which further geotechnical studies will be required
prior to final approval; and
areas where slopes substantially exceed 30 percent and/or contain
landslides that would be uneconomic to repair.
