1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance — The meeting was called to order at 7:04
p.m. by Mayor Haubert. The pledge of allegiance was recited by the City Council, Staff,
and those present at the meeting.

4.1. Approved the minutes of the November 20, 2018 Regular City Council meeting.
4.2. Waived the reading and INTRODUCED an Ordinance Amending Chapter 7.98,
Solid Waste and Recycling Enclosure Standards.

4.3. Authorized the City Manager to approve computer related software and supplies
purchases annually through CDW-G.
4.4. Received the notification of the City Engineer's pending approval of the Final
Map for Tracts 8365 and 8367, Boulevard Neighborhoods 14, 15, and 18.
4.5. Approved the following words to be included in the Veterans Art: Honor,
Service, Courage and Integrity.
