Call to Order — The meeting was called to order at 6:36 p.m. by Mayor Haubert. 2. Pledge of Allegiance — The pledge of allegiance was recited by the City Council, Staff, and those present at the meeting. 3. Public Hearing 3.1. Adjourned Deliberations on IKEA Retail Center Project (PLPA-2016-00016) David H. Blackwell, Partner at Allen Matkins, made a presentation and responded to questions posed by the City Council. Joan Hooke, Project Manager for the Applicant, made a presentation and responded to questions posed by the City Council. Angele Robinson -Gaylord, President of US Property at IKEA Group, made a presentation and responded to questions posed by the City Council. By consensus, the City Council agreed to take Public Comment with a time limit of one minute per speaker. Erin Steffen, Dublin resident, provided public comment. The City Council adopted the following resolution with an additional condition which states that IKEA will construct a one -of -a -kind design feature in the area designated as "The Lawn" in the plans that is iconic in the project; the feature shall have a value of not less than $420,000.
