A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
RESCISSION OF REJECTION OF OFFER OF DEDICATION OF
STORM DRAIN EASEMENT AS TO CERTAIN PORTION ONLY
AND ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER OF DEDICATION
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 109444, adopted September 29, 1964,
the Alameda County Board of Supervisors did reject the offer of dedication of
those strips of land marked "S.D.E." (Storm Drain Easement) shown on that
certain map entitled "Tract 2551 Pleasanton TOwnship, Alameda County,
California, etc." filed October 5, 1964, in Book 49 of Maps at Pages 52
through 55 thereof, records of Alameda County, California; and
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described portions of Storm Drain
Easement, as shown on said map are now required for storm drain purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED pursuant to the authority of
Section 66477.2(a) of the Government Code of the State of California, that the
City Council hereby rescinds the previous rejection of the offer of dedication
of those certain portions of Storm Drain Easement, particularly designated and
described as follows:

All that certain real property situated in the City of Dublin, County of
Alameda, State of California, described as follows:
COMMENCING at 'a point on the northeastern ]ine of Lot 16, Block
4, as said lot and block are delineated and so designated on that certain
map entitled "Tract 2555 Pleasanton Township, Alameda County, Ca] ifornia",
etc.', filed December 9, I965, in Book 52 of Maps at pages 25 through 30
thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, Said point being distant
along said northeastern line, North 44° 57' 50" West (the bearing of said
northeastern line being taken as North 44° 57' 50" West for the purpose of
making this description), 51.83 'feet from the most eastern corner of said
Lot I6, and running thence along said northeastern line of Lot i6,
North 44° 57' 50" West, 47.02 feet to a point on the southeastern 1 ine of
Amador Valley Boulevard, as said boulevard is shown on said map of Tract
2555; thence along said southeastern line of Amador Valley Boulevard,
northeasterly on the arc of a curve to the left, tangent at last said point
to a course which bears North 52' 10' 31" East, the radius of which curve
is 693.09'. feet, through a central angle of 3' 59t 06", a distance on said
arc of 48 ~/2~(~ feet to a point on the direct production northwesterly of the
northeastern boundary line of said Tract 2555, tangent at last said point
to a course which bears North 48° 11t 25" East; thence along said line so
produced, South 44° 57t 50" East, 42.70 feet to an angle point in said
boundary llne of Tract 2555; thence along said boundary line,
South 45' 02t 10" West, 48.00 feet to the point of commencement.
Containing 0.049 acre (2140 squa'=re feet), more or less, and being
all of that certain parcel of land designated as "STORM DRAIN EASENENT"
lying southeasterly of Amador Valley Boulevard, as shown on that certain
map entitled "Tract 2551 Pleasanton Township, Alameda County, California"
etc., filed October 5, 1964, in Book 49 of Naps at pages 52 through 55
thereof, Records of Alameda County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the offer of dedication made by Volk-
McClain Communities, Inc., a corporation, dated August 11, 1964, on the
aforesaid map of Tract 2551 be, and the same is hereby accepted as to the
hereinabove described portion thereof only; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded at
the office of the Recorder of Alameda County.
