1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance – The meeting was called to order at 9:00
a.m. by Mayor Haubert. The pledge of allegiance was recited by the City Council, Staff,
and those present at the meeting.

Mayor Haubert closed the Public Hearing.
The City Council incorporated additional changes to the project, as requested in
a letter submitted on February 4, 2019 by Valley Christian Center; and modified
the A-2 building to be one story and relocated to the western area of the parking
lot near the existing sanctuary building. The City Council adopted the following:

Farmer, Former Navy SEAL Scott Wirtz, and all of our fallen troops; and adjourned the
meeting in their memory at 11:19 p.m.
