Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance — The meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Mayor Haubert. The pledge of allegiance was recited by the City Council, Staff, and those present at the meeting. 2. Report on Closed Session —By consensus, the City Council agreed to reconvene to Closed Session after the end of the regular business. 3. Oral Communications 3.1. Recognition of Green Gator Swim Team and Junior Green Gator Swim Team The City Council recognized the Green Gator Swim Team and Junior Green Gator Swim Team. Adopted RESOLUTION NO. 100 —18 APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF DUBLIN AND LIVERMORE AMADOR VALLEY TRANSIT AUTHORITY FOR THE SHARED AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE TESTING PROJECT IN DUBLIN DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 2 REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 18, 2018 r. 4.3.
