HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 128-89 HansenHillNegDecl RESOLUTION NO. 128 - 89 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN ADOPTING A MITIGATION MONITORING PROGRAM FOR NEGATIVE DECLARATION PA 89-062 HANSEN HILL RANCH/BREN CO. WHEREAS, Public Resources Code 21081.6 requires the City to adopt a reporting or monitoring program for changes in a project or conditions imposed to mitigate or avoid significant environmental effects in order to ensure compliance during project implementation; and WHEREAS, on November 20, 1989, the Planning Commission adopted Resolutions No. 89-054 and No. 89-055 making findings and recommending the City Council adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Monitoring Program for PA 89-062 Hansen Hill Ranch; and WHEREAS, on November 27, 1989, the City Council held Public Hearings and adopted Resolution No. 127-89 making findings approving the Mitigated Negative Declaration for PA 89-062 Hansen Hill Ranch/Bren Co. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT City Council hereby adopts "PA 89-062 Hansen Hill Ranch/Bren Co. Negative Declaration Mitigation Monitoring Program" attached hereto as Attachment B-1 as the monitoring program required by Public Resources Code 21081.6. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of November, 1989. MITIGATION MONITORING PROGRAM FOR NEGATIVE DECLARATION The Applicant shall be responsible for any and all costs incurred in monitoring mitigation measures. For detailed information on impacts and mitigation measures refer to the Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration for PA 89-062 Hansen Hill Ranch. RESOURCE IMPACTS MONITORING ACTION VERIFICATION Traffic/ Transportation Reduction in level of service on Dublin Blvd. east of Silver- gate Drive Prior to release of occupancy of any units the developer submits contribution of percent share for Dublin Blvd. widening and restriping Building Dept with input from Public Works and Planning Dept Traffic/ Transportation Adverse impact to operating characteristics of Dublin Blvd/ Silvergate Drive Prior to release of occupancy of any units the developer submits contribution of percent share of redesign of Dublin Blvd/Silvergate Drive intersection Building Dept with input from Public Works and Planning Dept Visual Quality Visual impacts of grading/ filling between the existing knolls in the southwest portion of the site The developer submits final grading plans indicating the fill between the two knolls will substantially conform to 3:1 slopes Public Works Department [CCRESO4]
