STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the presentation. FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with the One City, One Book Initiative. DESCRIPTION: The City Council will receive a presentation from Catherine Brown, a teacher at Frederiksen Elementary regarding the One City, One Book Initiative. STRATEGIC PLAN INITIATIVE: None. When they are done they sign the inside and re-hide the book in the same park for others to find. •At the end of March all books are donated to the Dublin Library.5
