I. Public Employee Performance Evaluation Title: City Manager Regular Meeting A Regular Meeting of the Dublin City Council was held on Tuesday, June 2, 2020, remotely via Zoom Video Communications. The meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM, by Mayor Haubert. 1. The City Council discussed the funding recommendations and provided their feedback. DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 7 REGULAR MEETING JUNE 2, 2020 On motion of Councilmember Josey, seconded by, Vice Mayor Goel, and by unanimous vote, the City Council waived the reading and INTRODUCED an Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to Waive Certain Zoning Ordinance Requirements and/or Standards to Facilitate Business Operations Affected by COVID-19 Public Health Orders, and adopt an Urgency Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to Waive Certain Zoning Ordinance Requirements and/or Standards to Facilitate Business Operations Affected by COVID-19 Public Health Orders, as an urgency matter necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety for the period until the proposed regular Ordinance becomes effective. Future City Council Meetings During COVID-19 Pandemic The City Council received the report, provided their feedback, and the majority of the City Council decided to continue with Zoom meetings at this time and plan on the potential of holding an in-person meeting at the Shannon Community Center for the July 21, 2020 Regular Council Meeting.
