STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the notification. FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no impact on the General Fund. DESCRIPTION: The Tract 8484 subdivision, Tassajara Hills Phase 4, is located on Lembert Hills Drive, just east of Palisades Drive. The developer has prepared a final map, which includes twelve lots.
