DESCRIPTION:
The City of Dublin is eligible to apply for Round Four of the Statewide Park
Development and Community Revitalization Program funded by Proposition 68, also
known as the “Parks and Water Bond Act of 2018” which was approved by voters on

Round Four is a competitive grant program for the creation of new parks and new
recreation opportunities in critically underserved communities across California. The
program defines critically underserved communities as areas within proximity of a
project site that has a ratio of less than three acres of park space per 1,000 residents, or
a median household income of $56,982 or less.
Eligible park projects must involve either development or a combination of acquisition
and development to create a new park, expand an existing park, or renovate an existing
