The May 3, 2018 Special Meeting of the Senior Advisory Committee was called to order at
9:30 AM at the Dublin Senior Center by Chair E. Mack.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by the Commission, Staff and those present.

3.1 Public Comments – None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
4.1 Minutes of the March 1, 2018 Regular Meeting
On a motion by CM E. Mack, seconded by CM Kaur, by a vote of 4-0-0, the Senior
Advisory Committee took the following action:
ACTION
Approved minutes of the March 1, 2018 Regular Meeting as presented.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS – None.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS – None.
NEW BUSINESS
7.1 Senior Center Winter 2018 Quarterly Report
Mr. Tyler Phillips, Recreation Coordinator, presented the item as outlined in the Staff
Report.
ACTION
The Senior Center Advisory Committee received the report.
OTHER BUSINESS
The Advisory Committee Members and Staff discussed the Committee’s purpose. Ms.
Lisa McPherson, Recreation Manager, recommended that a Staff Report be presented
at the June meeting for Committee Members to discuss and establish a Work Plan.

Mr. Tyler Phillips, Recreation Coordinator, informed the Committee of upcoming City
events.

Being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:50 AM.
