At Its March 22, 2006 Goals and ObjectIves meetIng, the CIty CounCIl revIewed and approved wIth high
pnonty the proposed comprehensIve update to thc Dubhn MUnICIpal Code (DMC) ThiS InfOrmatIonal
report provIdes the CounCIl wIth a reVIew of chapters which have been determIned to need no reVISIon
Chapter 5 76 (SohcItatlOn at Accident SItes)
DMC Chapter 5 76 prohibIts the solIcItatIOn or offer for sale of tow services or any other servIce at the
locatIon of any vehIcular accident or other catastrophe for a reasonable time thereafter and at all tImes
when law enforcement and other emergency personnel are engaged III the performance of their duties
Chapter 5 80 (Indecent Exposure)
DMC Chapter 580 provides that 1) any female who exposes her breasts whIle partIclpatmg In any lIve
act, dcmonstrdtIOn, or eXhIbItIon m a public pldce, place open to the pubhc or open to public VIew, or
whIle servmg food or dnnk to any customer IS gUIlty of a mIsdemeanor, 2) any person who exposes hiS ar
her pnvate parts Whl]C partlclpatmg III any bve act, demonstration, or exhIbItIon III a publIc place, place
open to the publIc or open to public View, or whIle servmg food or dnnk to any customer IS gUIlty of a
mIsdemeanor, 3) any person who permits, counsels or aSSIsts any other person to Violate thiS chapter IS
gUIlty of a misdemeanor and, 4) creates an exceptIOn for such exposure III a theater, concert hall, or
SImIlar establIshment pnmanly devoted ta theatncal performances

changes to them are needed
