FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: On March 8, 2006, the City of Dublin hosted the Alameda County
Mayors Conference at the Dublin Senior Center. The Alameda County Mayors Conference is attended by
the Mayors and City Managers from the 14 Alameda County cities, as well as the City Council and
Department Heads of the hosting City Livermore-based Garre Vineyard donated two cases of wine to the
City, which offset the City's portion of the cost of hosting the dinner meeting,
Per government Code Section 37354, it is recommended that all gifts and contributions be formally
accepted by the City Council. Therefore, Staff recommends that the City Council accept the donation
from Garre Vineyard and direct Staffto prepare a formal acknowledgement to the Donor.
