DESCRIPTION: The City has contracted with Kimley-Horn and Associates since 2001 for general Traffic Engineering services. The services provided to date have been the preparation of traffic studies associated with private development projects in eastern and downtown Dublin, and the design of traffic signals for CIPs. The current agreement with Kimley-Horn expires on June 30, 2005, with the provision that the consultant may request an adjustment of rates at the end of the first contract year.
