This project ~vas completed within funds budgeted.
DESCRIPTION: This project provided for the installation o£recessed light fixtures in
the City Council Chamber in order to bring the lighting to a level more appropriate for a broadcast
environment. The project also included lighting control modules required for the recently installed
cablecast system.
One change order was issued totaling $1,163.80. The change order was required to install electrical
outlets to the Council Chamber lecterns and to add additional power to the projection screen to complete
the interface with the audio/visual touch panel controller.
Work on the project has been completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council accept the improvements constructed and authorize final payment
to the contractor.
