Funding is based on the population found within the boundaries of these jurisdictions. The allocation to the City of Dublin is $220,000. Eligible project include acquisition, development, improvement, rehabilitation, restoration, enhancement and the development of interpretive facilities conveyed to local agencies resulting from the downsizing or decommissioning of federal military installations. Per Capita grant funds can only be used for capital outlay. The Roberti-Z'Berg-Harris Grant Program provides funding to high priority projects that satisfy the most urgent park and recreation needs in California. The funds are allocated on the basis of population and the allocation to the City of Dublin is $90,713.
