Resolution Amending Salary Plan for Part-Time Personnel RECOMMENDATION: ']:L~A Adopt Resolution FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None DESCRIPTION: Staff is proposing amending the salary ranges for several temporary, part-time, positions in the Parks and Community Services Department. On an annual basis, Staff conducts a salary survey to determine current market ranges for part-time classifications within the City's personnel system. The survey included ten local agencies with similar classifications. COPIES TO: ITEM NO. ~ G:\COUNCILXAgenda Statementsk2002\6-18-02 pt salary revisions.doc RESOLUTION NO. - 2002 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN AMENDING THE SALARY PLAN FOR PART-TIME TEMPORARY PERSONNEL .WHEREAS, in accordance with the City's Personnel System Rules, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 122-93 and subsequent resolutions which comprise the Salary Plan for Part-Time Temporary Personnel; and WHEREAS, competitive salary provisions which will attract and retain quality employees are important to the organization; and WHEREAS, it is desirable to update salary provisions for part-time temporary employees in the City's personnel system.
