Take no action. '~~~ FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None at this time. ~ DESCRIPTION: Mr. James Stockhausen, on behalf of Pacific Properties, submitted a request to initiate a study of the General Plan and Specific Plan land use designations for a portion of one parcel of land on the east side of Tassajara Road generally between Gleason Drive and Central Parkway, owned by the Dublin Land Company. This item was scheduled for tonight's meeting and public meeting notices were sent out to all property owners within a 300' radius of the affected property. On September 9, 2002 the Dublin Land Company informed Staff that they wished to withdraw the General Plan and Specific Plan Amendment Study Initiation from this agenda.
