The artwork entitled "Birdwatch" is by Oakland artist Johanna Poethig. The piece is a ceramic work celebrating the birds in the area in a colorful and amusing play on the practice of bird watching. The installation is now complete and the Dublin Fine Arts Foundation has prepared a Title to Artwork Transfer (Attachment 1). It is the recommendation of Staff that the City Council authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement to transfer the title of Birdwatch from the Dublin Fine Arts Foundation to the City of Dublin.
