Mr. Pickering with the Alameda County Fair will make a presentation about the program to the City Council and request a $2,000 donation in support of the program. All cities and communities in Alameda County have been asked to participate at this level. In October, 1999, Mr. Picketing addressed the Alameda County Mayors Conference, and the ACMC voted to support the program. Staff recommends that the City Council receive the presentation and provide appropriate direction to Staff. No funding for this program is included in the current year Council Budget, so if the Council chooses to participate in the program, a budget change from Unallocated Reserves will be required. mm mm mm m mm m mm mm mm mm mm mm ! mm m m mm mm mm mm mm mm mm mmmmm m mm mm mm mm mm mm m m m mm m mm m mm mm mm mm mm mm m mm mm mm mm mm mm mm mm m mm m m m mm m mm mm mm mm mm m mm mN ! mN mm m mm mm mm mm mm mm mm mm mm mm mm m mm mm ! mm mm m mm mm m m mm mm mm mm COPIES TO: Kelly Robinson, Alameda County Fair ITEM NO. ~ 02×28×20~0 11:49 ALAMEDA COUNTY FAIR a 98336651 NO.G20 www. alcofairgrounds.com 450!
