Acceptance of donations made to Dublin Police Services by local
businesses for the"Adopt-A-Cop" trading card program.

FINANCL4~ STATEMENT:
Acceptance of these donations will allow Dublin Police Services to
PartiCipate in the trading card program.-
DESCRIPTION: Dublin Police Services received thirty-five donations from local
citizens and businesses for the "Adopt-A-Cop" trading card program. This program was a 1999-2000
Goal & Objective for the City of Dublin. These donations will enable Police Services to contract for the
photography and printing of the wading cards!: Each officer and business will receive'l,000 trading cards
to be distributed to local Citizens. These trading cards will increase recognition and enhance relationships
between Dublin Police, the community and specifically Dublin youth..
FESTIVAL SPONSORS: Dublin Police Services rec~ved $3,499 in donations to the "Adopt-
A-Cop" trading card program. In addition to the monetary donations, Dublin Police Services received an
in-kind donation from Kathleen Ahem Photography. Kathleen Ahem donated her time and photography
services for three separate photography sessions:
