FINANCIAL STATEMENT : Approximate Cost: $1,000. Sufficient Funds
Are Available In Fiscal Year 90-91 Budget.
DESCRIPTION The 1st National Executive Development School,
sponsored by the National Recreation and Park Association, is
scheduled for December 4-9, 1990 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The
school will bring together experts and practitioners from throughout
the Country, and is designed for upper and middle management personnel
in the field of parks and recreation. The National Executive
Development School will help to develop both analytical and
interpersonal skills, with an opportunity to meet and exchange ideas
and experiences with professional colleagues from across the nation.
The approximate cost of the school is $1,000 and sufficient funds have
been included in the Fiscal Year 1990-91 Budget for attendance by the
Recreation Director. Therefore it is recommended that the City
Council authorize the Recreation Director's attendance at this school.
