FINANCIAL STATEMENT : None
DESCRIPTION One of the goals of the Dublin Senior Center is
to develop programs that meet the needs of the senior male population.
As a result of concerted efforts on the part of staff, development of
a wood working program for Center participants is underway. Staff was
successful in having much of the equipment donated to the City for
this program.. Below is a list of the equipment and donors of the
equipment:
Dave Burton - Vise and Work Bench
Donna Smith - Scroll Saw
Ray Tillery - Skill Saw, Router, Jig Saw and Belt Sander
Per Government Code Section 37354, it is recommended that all gifts
and contributions be formally accepted by the City Council.
Therefore it is the recommendation of Staff that the City Council
accept the gifts and direct Staff to prepare a formal acknowledgment
to the donors.
