Dear Rich:
I'm pleased to offer the attached summary of the water planning briefing suggested by you to
me, and discussed by Mayor Snyder and Jim Dixon.
We will look forward to an opportunity to make our presentation early on the agenda of your
February 24, 1992, City.Council Meeting. _1 understand.that evening's agenda will also include
a presentation by the Tri-Valley Wastewater Authority General Manager and EIR team "
concerning the recently released Subsequent Environmental Impact Report and project
alternatives.
it occurs to me that if the Dublin Planning Commissioners can attend the Council Meeting's
"utilities presentation" as your suggested to me, it will be a fine opportunity for commissioners
and council members to compare and discuss how these proposals complement one another in
providing for the planned growth of the City of Dublin.
Please call with questions or suggestions.
Sincerely,
ROBERT D. BEEBE
General Manager
