Dear Rich:
The Board of Directors of the Dublin San Ramon Services District has asked me to
coordinate an effort to determine the future of the old District office and the utility building,
both located at 7051 Dublin Boulevard.
One possibility is a use by the City of Dublin. The facility includes a one-story office
building of approximately 4,000 s.f., a steel utility building of approximately 3,200 s.f. and
paved parking for 38 vehicles, including one handicap space. Both buildings contain rest
rooms. The office building includes a walk-in safe, and a handicap ramp.
I have agreed to report to the Board by mid-November. If the City has an interest, please let
me know by November 10.
Thank you for your help. If you wish more information, please call me at 828-0515.
Cordially,
RICHARD H. FAHEY
Special Consultant
