FINANCIAL STATEMENT
Estimated lost fee revenue: $3,460
DESCRIPTION : At the January 11, 1993 meeting of the Dublin
City Council, the Council adopted Resolution 12-93 Establishing a
Facility Use Policy and Fee Schedule for Use of the Shannon Community
Center. Additionally the Council agreed to grant an 18-month
exemption from the fee schedule to three continuous users of the
Shannon Community Center: Dublin-San Ramon Seniors; Senior
Californians of Dublin-San Ramon; and Shannon Seniors Dance Club.
Staff has prepared a Resolution for Council consideration identifying
the terms of the exemption for use by the aforementioned groups. It
is the recommendation of Staff that the City Council adopt the
attached Resolution.

SENIOR CALIFORNIANS OF DUBLIN-SAN RAMON AND
SHANNON SENIORS DANCE CLUB
FROM FEE SCHEDULE

WHEREAS, the city of Dublin operates
