I I , Title I of the ADA prohibits discrimination by employers, against qualified individuals with disabilities in all aspects of employment including hiring, advancement and discharge of employees, and benefit prov~s~ons. Under Title I, the City is required to make reasonable accommodations with regard to the known disability of a qualified applicant. On February 22, 1993, the Dublin City Council adopted the ADA Title I Compliance Plan. This Plan sets forth recommendations to assist the disabled with regard to employment. In addition, the Plan establishes a means to review and evaluate requests for accommodation.
