FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: This grant of easement will allow construction and future
maintenance ofa sewer line for the Hansen Hill development across Parcel "A" of Tract 4943. Parcel "A,"
which runs essentially westerly of Martin Canyon Road along the boundary of the Hansen Hill Tract 5766,
was originally retained by Kauman and Broad as part of the common area for Tract 4943 but was
subsequently deeded to the City in 1995. The City accepted ownership of the parcel to allow for a
required maintenance access road for the Hansen Hill development (Tract 5766) along Martin Canyon
Creek.
Staff recommends that the ,City Council adopt the resolution approving the grant of easement to the Dublin
San Ramon Services District and authorizing the Mayor to sign the grant deed.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN

APPROVING GRANT OF EASEMENT TO
DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT
WHEREAS, in August of 1984 the City Council approved the final Map for Tract 4943; and
WHEREAS, Parcel "A" of Tract 4943 was deeded to the City by Kaufinan and Broad in 1995 to
allow for a maintenance access road for Tract 5766; and
WHEREAS, sewer access to Tract 5766, the Hansen Hill Ranch development is proposed to cross
Parcel "A" of Tract 4943; and
WHEREAS, an easement for construction and maintenance of the sewer is needed by the Dublin
San Ramon Services District;

NOW, THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dublin does hereby
approve the easement grant deed for said sewer line.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1997.
